Abbott India informs about closure of trading window
Abbott India has informed that, in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 and the same shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025.
