New Markets Advisory informs about trading window closure
New Markets Advisory has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated persons of the Company framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, will remain close from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to Stock exchange separately.
