North Eastern Carrying Corporation informs about trading window closure
North Eastern Carrying Corporation has informed that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for insider from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results are to be approved will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all insiders and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in the Company’s Equity Shares.
