Real Touch Finance informs about closure of trading window
Real Touch Finance has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per company’s code of conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in securities of the company, with effect from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be communicated in due course of time.
