Triveni Turbine informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in Securities of the Company, Triveni Turbine has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed with effect from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
