Jana Small Finance Bank has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank by the designated persons will remain closed from 01st July, 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.
