Infronics Systems informs about closure of trading window
Infronics Systems has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of insider trading in the securities of the Company framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Infronics Systems (the ‘Company’) for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons, will remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025 will be intimated separately. Further, the designated persons, including their immediate relatives, are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
