AksharChem India informs about trading window closure
AksharChem India has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from July 01, 2025 till 48 hours after announcement/ declaration of the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2025. Further, the date of the Board meeting for consideration of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
