With reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto, Simplex Papers has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all Directors/Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company from 1st July, 2025 till 48 hours, after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025.
