Transglobe Foods informs about closure of trading window
Transglobe Foods has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the circulars issued by the stock exchanges, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, 01st July 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. This closure is applicable to all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the aforesaid financial results shall be intimated in due course.
