CreditAccess Grameen has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from July 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
