Pritika Auto Industries has informed that the Company in its Board Meeting dated 24th June, 2025 has re-constituted the following Committees of Board of Directors with effective from 24th June, 2025: Audit Committee; Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The revised compositions of above mentioned committees are attached as ‘Annexure-I’.
