Patspin India informs about trading window closure
Patspin India has informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended up to date read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from 1st July 2025 for the Designated Persons till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
