Pritika Auto Industries has informed that on the basis of recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to approval of the members of the company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today, 24th June, 2025 has approved appointment of Narinder Kumar Tyagi (DIN: 00483827), director who is retiring by rotation at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The details pursuant to the Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 pertaining to above appointment /reappointment of Directors is attached as Annexure I.
