Laxmi Dental has entered into the agreement with Signature Smiles Dental Clinic, a subsidiary of the company, on December 29, 2025, to grant a loan for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 50 Lakh, in one or more tranches. The rate of interest is 10.50% per annum.
Signature Smiles Dental Clinic shall utilize the loan towards its general corporate purposes and business needs subject to compliance with the applicable laws.
