Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nova Iron & Steel has informed that the Company has filed satisfaction of charge to Registrar of Companies on 27/12/2025 in respect of the charges created in favour of Shree Balaji Steel and Metal. The certificates received from the Registrar of Companies in this regard are attached.
