PDS informs about closure of trading window
PDS that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders including but not limited to Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Thursday, January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025, will be intimated to the stock exchanges separately in due course.
