Virtual Global Education has informed that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities’, the Trading Window will remain closed from Thursday, 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31st, 2025 for Director’s, Promoter’s, Officers and Designated Employees (and their immediate relatives) of the Company. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31st, 2025 made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated in due course of time.
