ACE Edutrend has informed that in terms of Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the trading window will remain closed from Thursday, January 1st 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31st 2025 for Designated Person include the immediate relatives of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of unaudited financial result of the period will be communicated in due course of time.
