Kaycee Industries informs about closure of trading window
Kaycee Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the period ended 31st December, 2025. During the aforesaid period when the trading window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s securities. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for the period ended 31st December, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
