IFB Agro Industries informs about closure of trading window
ln terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India [Prohibition and Insider Trading] Regulations, 20L5 and the provisions of the Lode of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives in Listed Securities of IFB Agro Industries (the Company), IFB Agro Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January 2026 and the same will remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025 to the public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
