Stratmont Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities will remain closed for all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, Directors, Promoters and their Immediate Relatives from Thursday, 1st January, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, are approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed on the Stock Exchanges' websites (both days inclusive). Further, as per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PANs of the Company’s Designated Persons will be frozen by CDSL (Designated Depository) for trading in the Company’s securities during the trading window closure period. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2025 will be intimated separately in due course of time. Accordingly, all Designated Persons, Connected Persons, Directors, Promoters and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window closure.
